Pet Titration Test (Critical)
Turkey is considered a "high-risk" country for rabies. To bring a cat or dog, you must do a Rabies Antibody Titration Test at an approved lab in Ankara at least 3 months before travel.
If you wait until your visa is approved to do this test, you will be delayed. The animal cannot enter the EU until 3 months have passed from the date of the blood draw, even if the result is perfect.
