CPLP Mobility Visa Rules

Citizens of CPLP countries (like Brazil, Angola, Cape Verde) have a streamlined residency process. The CPLP visa is often processed automatically online, bypassing the standard AIMA interview queue.

However, the CPLP residence permit has a limitation: it is not a standard Schengen permit. While it allows you to live and work in Portugal, it does not technically grant visa-free travel to other Schengen countries (like France or Germany) without a separate visa.
