The SNS 24 App
The SNS 24 App is your digital health wallet. It stores your vaccine bulletin, medical prescriptions (Receita Sem Papel), and upcoming hospital appointments. You can show the pharmacy the QR code in the app to pick up meds.
It also allows you to access the "Teleconsulta" service for minor issues. To activate it, you need your Chave Móvel Digital or your SNS user number and date of birth.
